Marina Pinheiro Ginjo has been an Attorney at Law with Licks Attorneys’ São Paulo office since April, 2024, focusing on Regulatory matters. Ms. Ginjo has experience related to Civil Law, Consumer Law, Legal Recovery, and Regulatory litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ginjo was an attorney at law responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts for a Hotel Company. Over the last 4 years she has been representing clients in administrative procedures before the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Suply (MAPA), the Brazilian Health Surveillance (VISA), and the Brazilian FDA (ANVISA). She has also given clients general legal advice about regulatory inquiries.
