Licks Attorneys fosters, respects and incentives the principles of transparency and integrity in every action or decision taken by its members, no matter if it is related to an administrative procedure or under an interaction with a third-party representative, such as a client or provider.

In accordance with Licks Attorneys’ Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, the following channels have been established for reporting misconduct and they must be observed by an internal or external whistleblower by filing an allegation, taking into consideration the need of the following information:

• Description and date of misconduct;
• Name and occupation of related parties, whether member(s) accused of misconduct, victim(s), and witness(ies);
• Description of the fact, including possible details such as repetitive actions, consequences, and values, when applicable;
• Appended Documents, when applicable, such as e-mails and photos;
• Name and e-mail of the whistleblower, in case he / she chooses not to send an anonymous report.
