Manoel Oliveira joined Licks Attorneys’ Rio de Janeiro Office as a legal intern in 2020 and became an attorney at law in 2024. Mr. Oliveira’s practice has focused on complex disputes in intellectual property law, including patent infringement, patent validity, unfair competition, and licensing negotiations concerning the telecommunication and pharmaceutical industries.
